I work with all phases of the female life cycles with a Naturopathic perspective, engaging you as a co-detective. With a previous 20-year Home Birth and Pediatric practice – and 10 years as a Pediatric Nurse – I bring a wide range of experience and knowledge. I love doing well-baby care, for I feel that I become part of the family. Children respond so quickly to Homeopathic and herbal remedies. I am also trained in birth trauma therapy, which not just benefits a baby/child but helps to heal any trauma to the parents.

You will experience the sense that you are bathing in an ocean of harmonious sounds, arising images, colors, memories and feelings are often reported effects of this intensive therapy.

I offer Myer’s Cocktail, which supports the immune system and reduces inflammation in the body. Glutathione can be added to it.
Homeopathic Biopuncture is a technique of injecting Homeopathic remedies into trigger points (painful areas of the body upon palpation) to reduce inflammation and promote healing.

Dr. Marsh believes in kitchen medicine and teaches her patients about making their own ferments and fresh organic foods. Fermenting provides natural probiotic’s on a daily basis to strengthen the intestinal flora and supporting a strong immune system. Individualized nutritional and lifestyle counseling is part of each office visit.

Dr. Marsh studied birth trauma work, from an intuitive perspective. She involves and teaches the parents on how to continue working with their children, with the application of some basic birth trauma techniques and empathy.
